경험 말하기(STAR)

Telling a STAR story

상황(S)·과제(T)·행동(A)·결과(R) 순서로 문제 해결 경험을 말하는 장면이에요.

본문을 보지 않고 한두 번 들어 보세요. 영국식 음성으로 읽어요(브라우저 음성 사용).

Yes. Last year, our team was launching a new booking system. Two weeks before the launch, we discovered that many customer records had not been transferred correctly.

I split the records into groups, created a simple checklist and organised three colleagues to check them in pairs. I also met the technical team every morning to report the errors we'd found.
