Subject: Re: Invitation to speak at the spring workshop

Hi Sam,

Thank you so much for thinking of me for the spring workshop. It sounds like a wonderful event, and I'm honored to be asked.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to take part this time. I've already committed to a major deadline that week, and I don't want to agree to something I can't give my full attention to.

That said, I'd love to stay involved. A colleague on my team has presented on this topic before, and I'd be glad to introduce you if that would help.

I hope the workshop goes well. Please keep me in mind for future events.

Warm regards,

Hana
